Due to the PACT Act, USPS is prohibited by law from shipping specific types of vape products. We continue to ship to our customers using a network of regional carriers, but we are not currently able to ship to all locations. We will inform you at checkout if we cannot currently ship to your location.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours, but it can take up to 72 business hours during busy periods. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will start processing Monday morning as we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping times range from 3 – 5 business days, depending on your location. These times are not guaranteed, but often packages arrive a lot sooner.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders $75 or More
We offer free standard shipping on orders with a basket size of $75 or over, excluding tax and after any discount or coupon is applied.
Do I have to sign for my package?
Yes, every delivery containing vaping products will require an adult signature (21+) with I.D. in ALL states as mandated by federal law. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make a maximum of 2 further delivery attempts, but this is not guaranteed. It will be returned to our warehouse if they cannot obtain a signature. If the package is received at our warehouse, we will refund the order (including tax, less the actual shipping cost and adult signature fee). If the order qualified for free shipping and is returned to our warehouse, we will deduct the actual shipping cost & adult signature fee.
During the checkout process, you must agree to receive SMS texts from the carrier. We need this information because, in some locations, the carrier will need to confirm that there is an adult to sign BEFORE they attempt delivery. Therefore, please respond with the requested confirmation if you receive an SMS.
Is the packaging ‘discreet’?
There are Federal labeling rules for packages containing vaping products, so your packages will have a sticker on them that reads:
“CIGARETTES/NICOTINE/SMOKELESS TOBACCO: FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES THE PAYMENT OF ALL APPLICABLE EXCISE TAXES AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LICENSING AND TAX-STAMPING OBLIGATIONS.”
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed at checkout, it starts processing for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled. Therefore, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
What States do you ship to?
We ship to all U.S. states where vape mail is legal, and shipping coverage is available.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email address you used to place your order – if you don’t see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us. This email will contain your tracking number and link.
Missing/Delayed Deliveries
Once orders have left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing deliveries. However, we want our customers to order confidently, so we have a fair and clear refund policy.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped no later than end of the following business day. Stated cut-off and order processing times apply to all orders unless an order is placed on hold due to an item out of stock, additional order information needed, or payment requiring additional verification information, in which case you will be notified. Processing and fulfillment speed estimates do not apply to wholesale orders. Order cut-off times are best estimates but cannot be guaranteed and no orders are guaranteed to ship Saturday. No orders will be shipped on Sundays or postal holidays due to USPS operating hours.
IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SPECIALLY PACKAGED, we may break down the package for shipping purposes. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding this matter.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email address provided with your order. Please allow at least one business day for online tracking information to be updated by the carrier as tracking information may be transmitted with a delay.

Transit times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Sundays and holidays are not included in estimated transit times.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Orders returned for incorrect shipping address entered will be refunded less shipping cost. All orders are shipped with tracking and we are not responsible for shipments once they are confirmed as delivered. If you would like your order to be delivered with signature confirmation for additional security, please select “Yes” for Signature Confirmation at checkout or contact us directly. For customer protection, any orders over $150 may require additional verification before the order can be shipped and orders over $150 will also be automatically shipped with signature confirmation when possible. Additionally, orders may be placed on hold if there are any billing and shipping address mismatches, CVV verification errors or any other credit card verification errors. You will be contacted in the event of any order holds. Please note that if we do not hear a response, we have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase and your payment will be refunded.
We reserve the right to combine multiple order shipments, whether on pre-order or for in-stock products.
Payment Verification/Out of Stock
Your order may be placed on hold if the payment information provided cannot be verified or if an item on your order is out of stock. In this event, we will attempt to contact you via the email address and/or phone number provided in your order information. If we cannot confirm the necessary information, your order may be cancelled after 48 hours and your payment will be refunded.
